Jeni's Ice Cream: What is This Stuff?

We didn't have time to make a video of this...because we are consuming it all to quickly, but...

We got a most fantastic gift this week: Jeni's Splendid Ice Creams!

They were lovingly shipped in dry ice from the Jeni's headquarters in Columbus, OH as a fantastic gift from a friend. They arrived solidly frozen and ready for consumption. (The dry ice was very fun to play with as well!)

Here's what we got:

• Goat cheese with Red Cherries
• Salted Caramel
• Brown Butter Almond Brittle
• Sweet Potato with Toasted Marshmallow

Hard to say what our favorite is...but we can say that we were both pleasantly surprised by how wonderful the Sweet Potato with Toasted Marshmallow was! Pretty durn amazing.
